Mail to any judge located in any of the Winnebago County Courthouse campuses should be sent to Suite 215 of the Winnebago County Courthouse. This building houses Jury Assembly, Traffic Court, the Circuit Clerk’s Office, Records, Law Library & Self Help Center, Kids’ Place 1, Domestic Violence Assistance Center, Office of the Chief Judge, Office of the Trial Court Administrator, Winnebago County State’s Attorney’s Office and Winnebago County Office of the Public Defender.

Beginning May 5, 2025, the building’s entrance will be temporarily relocated to 403 Elm Street.
Winnebago County Criminal Justice Center
This building houses Courtrooms A, B, C, and D; Pretrial Services; Kids’ Place 2 and the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office.
Winnebago County Juvenile Justice Center
This building houses Courtrooms 1, 2 and 3. It also houses Juvenile Probation, CASA and the Winnebago County Circuit Clerk’s Office for Juvenile matters (J, JA, and JD case types).
Boone County Courthouse
This building houses Boone County Courtrooms 1, 2, 3 and 4. It also houses the Boone County Circuit Clerk’s Office, Boone County Jury Assembly, the Self Help Center, Boone County Probation, Boone County State’s Attorney’s Office.
